Crafty Coffee Shop Terms

When you place an order on our website you are accepting our terms and conditions.

Crafty Coffee's handmade products terms policy ensures that every product created and sold is unique and made with care and love, resulting in slight variations in size and colour.

Customers can expect delivery within 7 business days from dispatch, with our tracked courier. For those who prefer, pick up from the Crafty Coffee store can also be arranged. All purchases made through the store will be paid via our secure online payment platform.

Our handmade products terms policy ensures that you understand our return policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. However, we will repair, replace, or provide a store gift voucher for products that have a minor fault or do not fit the product description. This policy is in place to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience when purchasing from our store.

Some of our products are not suitable for young children. Please make sure you a supervising your children while they are interacting with our products.
